Do you have your property or building lot? Jackson Construction and Design Inc offers a free lot evaluation and can advise you on the building site when it comes to things like drainage control, the well, septic tank, (if needed) and the right location to place the house.
Financing
If you already have your financing taken care of, that is great, if not Jackson Construction and Design Inc will be glad to help you with this as they have several financial institutions they can recommend. You will need to obtain a construction loan, which is different than the loan to purchase a home. The construction loan will then be turned into a mortgage at the completion of the build.

Do you need a design for your home renovation or construction? Let our design build team schedule a meeting with you today and in turn, your home aspirations into reality. There is no project too big or too small for Jackson Construction and Design Inc. We realize this is your home. We pride ourselves on providing homeowners with the highest level of customer services and most importantly, a high quality final product. With extensive experience in the residential architecture and high performance green construction, our design build team and construction team will work closely with you throughout the entire process, saving you time and money. Jackson Construction and Design Inc. process allows us to streamline communication and production where design expectation meets the homeowner’s budget. We achieve this because our design team works hand in hand with Craig and the homeowner to insure design conception does not exceed actual construction cost expectations. Even if you choose not to work with our design build process, we are use to working with outside engineers and architects and look forward to the opportunity to work them in achieving your home design.
Construction Phase
This phase usually takes 4 to 6 months depending on the size of home and the weather. We want this time to be an exciting and pleasurable experience, watching your idea of your dream home take shape. With Jackson Construction and Design Inc., your builder, Craig jackson is actually the owner of the company, and it is his goal to be in constant communication with you every step of the way. We take advantage of phone, text and email, and of course regular trips to your site, for communication. We also have a software called co-construct that ties the entire process together.
